Parent Guide In Person Delivery
When you first begin the program
Prepare the environment
Do the Parent reflection form with all the parents
Before each Session starts
- Watch the video for the upcoming lesson
- Print and complete the Preparation Form for the lesson
- Print the Parent Reflection Forms and place them into the clipboards
- Submit the planning on WhatsApp prior to starting the lesson
- Shake the hand of each child as they come in
- Welcome the parents
- Make sure all parents have signed in Signed in here
- Make sure Parents are aware of what is on the noticeboard
- Make sure parents know the guidelines
- Read the room - check everyone is ready to join the parenting circle
- Do the presentation
- Ask Questions at the end of each section (this should have been prepared during the planning of the Session)
- Print and get the Parents to complete a Reflection Form
- Complete an observation/reflection
- Complete your observation and submit via WhatsApp
- Clean the environment
